When it comes to mental health, there are several different areas we need to look at. Some of which are a bit out of my range of knowledge, however what I share will provide you with the formula I used and continue to use to keep my depression non existent, without having to take a single prescription. healing the natural way.


If we look at mental health issues in terms of frequency, the undertones of emotions that follow are usually, sadness, pain, trauma, worry, stress, disconnection. these all stem from the emotions on the scale of anger, desire, fear, grief, apathy, guilt and shame. These are what we would consider lower vibrational frequencies.  


And these emotions stem from our experiences which have caused us wounds. We can move forward in our life all we want but unless we deal with the root cause of the pain and suffering, you will continue to feel a disconnect between yourself and your soul. 


Its like the great severing. The further away we get from our natural state of being, of who we were before we had traumatic and painful life experiences, the more unhappy we become, the more we suffer. Next thing we know, were trying to manage depression.


Depression is a state of BEing that is being fueled by our lower vibrational emotions still stuck in our body that we haven't healed. Now, what about our physical health and the food we eat?


If you have bad mental health, you probably have bad gut health, and vise versa. Your gut is considered your second brain. And so if you are consuming lots of things like alcohol, which destroys your gut health, or processed foods, chemical foods, lots of meats and dairy. Then chances are your gut brain is not healthy. There are some doctors that say all disease starts in the gut. If you want to heal, heal your gut. 


On an energetic level, through my own personal healing journey and that of the clients I have worked with there can also be some not so great unwelcome guests in our energy field as well. Im talking about energies, entities, beings and spirits. YUP! These parasites get into our field when we have lowered it enough for them to infiltrate. Once they are in they will work within your mind to seed negative thoughts, self limiting and self deprecating thoughts. These beings suck out your life force energy and put you into a state of constant exhaustion, feeling trapped and stuck in your rut, never being able to see a way out to the light, and much more. 


The only reason they have the ability to get into your field in the first place is because you let them. By choosing to eat lower vibrational food and drinks, consuming drugs or alcohol, surrounding yourself with negative people, or not properly healing your trauma and emotional wounds, you lower the vibration of your auric field, which creates a weak protective barrier that is easily infiltrated.

So, how do I keep myself in a HIGH VIBE!? to naturally heal my depression?


  • - Eat lots of organic living foods! ( vegetables, fruits, leafy greens)
    -Daily Raw mineral intake to keep my gut happy and healthy! ( shilajit, seamoss gel, moringa leaf, spirulina)
    -I use ZERO chemicals in my home ( which lower the vibration ) instead i use essential oils and other natural products.
    -Meditation! to practice my mindfulness and gratitude. While meditating i focus on all the things i have to be happy and grateful for which shifts my state of mind and brings me more of what i want and less of what I don't want. Mindfulness teaches us how to be present in the now moment, which reduces stress and depression.
    -I clear my energy field DAILY. I utilize light to clear out energies and anything else that may be wanting or trying to mess with me.
    -DETOX! I clear out parasites, heavy metals and other toxins to keep all systems running in optimal state. ) (zeolite, chlorella, fulvic acid, wormwood, Black walnut, celery juice)
    -Checking in with myself daily. I take time to journal my thoughts and feelings, and to make daily lists and goals to help keep me on track.
    -Quantum healing to release my trauma, wounds and emotions. Ive been doing this for 4 years now and every time I heal another layer I become stronger and healthier.
    - Excersize, walking, being outdoors! Getting the body moving is as must, you need to shake off that stagnant energy and keep yourself strong and connected to nature. our electronics are a huge player in the cause of mental health issues. So get outside and get moving! detox from the radiation.


Depression cant exist in a body that is high vibrational so take care of yourself, take small steps towards implementing healthier daily habits.

If you are struggling with deeper mental health disorders such as bi-polar, multi-personality, or schizophrenia, all of these practices can help, however, there may be something deeper at play like multiple souls or energies within one body which causes two many personalities for one body to read and process. 


There may also be entity possession. This is however is my personal findings and there can be genetic or other health related reasons for this also.
